I spoke with Investor Relations today asking my normal questions. Andrew said he had a conversation with another investor that he could share with me, as it is non-material but informative.
Andrew's responses to the investor questions are in blue.
Would you care to confirm this....
Quote
"- Andrew confirmed the Multi-cavity unit is complete.
Yes, the MCMHU has been completed for some time except we are now awaiting a new set of modified transformers customized to fit with our new magnetrons. The machine is ready and will be further tested but I can not confirm whether it is functioning or any of its efficiency performance at this time.
and they are working on the final details of 3rd party testing. He is still saying that June should be the month for WDRP....we'll see.
Yes, third party lab arrangements are being negotiated and will be executed pending a working unit is completed and tested successfully. The third party lab testing should be done relatively swiftly therefore we are targeting this June, although we realize delays cannot be foreseen (especially in our case) and therefore cannot irrevocably assume this to be a deadline. That said, It is reasonable to target the end of the month or beginning of July as a time where we hope to provide some concrete answers. Rest assured all will be reported at the appropriate time.
- Transfer Agent - The new TA (Direct Transfer) now has all the previous paperwork and electronic records they needed. The TA is now working with DTC. No projected timeline working with a gov't agency but they are making progress." that paperwork is in reference to the actual paper records missing from the old TA or just regular paperwork related to the transfer??
Yes, I am happy to confirm receipt of "the paperwork" which you are referring to as the previously missing transfer agent's recorded journals and files. Although challenging, this should be instrumental towards rectifying the situation with DTC.
Lastly, Wanderport's head office will change to a new location within Clermont Florida (just a minor change) and will be confirmed later.
If you require any further details, I will be happy to elaborate further within my knowledge and SEC regulatory guidelines.
